All items are sold as is. Please be sure to measure and ask us all the necessary questions before purchasing. We work very hard in sourcing and restoring each piece. Please feel free to ask us to send you additional photos before purchasing. The condition of each item has normal wear and tear that comes with age. All Instagram sales are final.

We do accept returns on newer home decor or accents within 14 days of receiving item for store credit or exchange. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order if not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the shipment, Relationships will contact you by email to confirm your email to confirm your store credit or exchange.
Internet or Instagram returns may also be made in person to Relationships within 7 days of receiving item only during our normal business hours.
We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your item for something new.

 

LOCAL
PICK UP

Sold items must be picked up within 5 days of purchase during business hours.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We'd be happy to get quotes within the NYC area. Delivery is not included with a furniture purchase. We can help coordinate and recommend third party delivery companies. Please note: Delivery companies are not affiliated with Relationships. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. If you need a COI/ Insurance please let us know. You will be responsible to pay the delivery company directly.

 

HOLDS

We do not hold items. An issued invoice does not place an item on hold. An item is not sold until we receive payment.
