LIKEMINDEDOBJECTS
LikeMindedObjects is the creative studio of artist/designer Elise McMahon based in Hudson, New York. Her furniture, lighting, and customized spatial design is featured both at her store (also in Hudson) and in installations and curated projects in New York City and beyond, including recent projects with Eckhaus Latta and Artsy, among others. Constantly experimenting with hybrid forms that cull from her engagement with sculpture, design, and interior spaces, McMahon’s laboratory approach yields work that is both hard-edged and casual, lyrical and resourceful. Often reformatting existing materials within her own fresh take, McMahon keeps LikeMindedObjects agile and shape-shifting.
